1. Agreement
By opening an account or using our services, you enter a binding agreement with the WhiteRock entity in your jurisdiction.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must not reside in a restricted jurisdiction.
- You must pass our KYC and suitability assessment.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Trading
All trades are executed on a best-efforts basis. WhiteRock reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reverse trades resulting from manifest error, abusive practice, or breach of these terms.
5. Fees
Spreads, swaps, commissions and inactivity fees apply as published on our pricing pages. We may amend fees with reasonable notice.
6. Termination
Either party may close the account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, regulatory reasons, or suspected fraud.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the contracting WhiteRock entity.
